Here’s what some of the previous cohort members were chiming in with inside the private Skool group, on just day-4

Everybody knows a couple of things:
That we need to build an email list.
That we need to send regular emails.
And that emails are how you sell anything online.
But when one tries to learn the things that will help them write compelling sales emails… like marketing, copywriting, or storytelling… we have courses, books, and various webinars.
The problem?
No matter how much you read about copywriting techniques or storytelling secrets, none of that matters unless you actually sit down and implement the techniques and secrets, and write some damn emails!
That’s what this workshop is for:
I’m not saying that reading books or courses does not work. They do, and it’s how I’ve learned to write emails that combine storytelling with copywriting to make sales.
But this workshop does not end with giving you the info. It forces you to also practice what you’re learning right there and then (you have a 24-hour window to go through the lesson and write the email), which is what makes this workshop so unique.
If you want to be good at something, you need daily practice.
Writing good emails is essential if you want to run an online business where people like you, learn from you, see you as an authority, and last but most importantly, buy from you.
But from what I hear a little too many times (and have also experienced personally when trying to build a habit of daily practice), is that staying accountable all on our own is… HARD!
Especially with something like writing emails, and even more so with writing sales emails.
Too many people think sales emails are max-ick (they don’t have to be), and so they intentionally avoid learning how to write them well.
What I’m proposing is this:
This is a 4-week LIVE workshop.
Meaning, we’ll do it in real time.
This is NOT a self-paced course, so if you’re thinking you’ll sign up, get the material on day-one, and that would be that, well, think twice. This workshop isn’t for you if that’s your expectation.
Once you sign up for Write Without AI:
Step 1: You are expected to join a private online group with your fellow cohort members, where you can talk to each other and also to me.
Step 2: I will drip daily bite-sized lessons and email prompts inside the group. This is to teach you the many different aspects of writing story-based, interesting, and effective sales emails.
Step 3: You’re expected to check the group daily, go over the day’s lesson, and then write an email, daily (Mon-Fri), based on the prompt, and implement the lesson of the day.
Step 4: I will NOT give you all the lessons and prompts ahead of time. The goal is to force yourself to be present daily and do the work daily so you can build up a habit.
Step 5: Once you write your email, you are to SUBMIT it to me using a form I’ll share inside the group. Every day from Monday through Friday. Yes, this is your daily homework, and I mean to collect!
Step 6: And here’s homework for me: Every day, I will randomly choose an email from all of your submissions, review it (anonymously), and share the recording of my live review so you can learn what works, what doesn’t work, how to better structure emails, what makes good emails, and more. That’s 20 reviews total.
Step 7: I’ll be accessible to you throughout the 4-week workshop to answer any questions you may have for me, inside the group. There will also be a weekly Zoom call on Saturdays. It is optional, but if you have questions you want to ask me directly, that’s where I’ll be.
Again, this is NOT a self-paced course.
It is a 4-week LIVE workshop where you’ll be writing for 30-50 minutes every day (weekdays), based on daily short lessons and prompts.
You’ll need to submit your writing daily, too.
Yeah, it’s a bit intense, but that’s exactly why you’re guaranteed to see a difference in how to think about and write emails after the 4 weeks are up.
To know if this workshop will help you… do any of these sound familiar?
– You don’t always know what to write in your newsletters.
– You write about your offers, but nobody buys.
– And you just feel terrible… like one of those sleazy marketers… every time you try to sell your products.
– You write emails, but people hardly ever reply to them… even when you ask them to.
– You share value, yet people do not seem to appreciate it.
If any of these resonate, then this workshop is for you.
After the 4 weeks are up, you’ll find:
→ You have lots of things to write about
→ You’re quick to come up with email ideas
→ You’re faster at writing them
→ You’re better at selling without feeling icky
And also:
→ You’ll have written 20 emails in 20 days.
→ You’ll have 20 different types of email ideas that you can recycle with different stories and offers throughout the year and beyond.
→ You’ll know what to watch out for as I’ll be reviewing an email daily (randomly selected and anonymously) and sharing them (recorded videos) inside the private Skool group where we’ll be hosting this workshop.
→ And you’ll be a much stronger and more confident email writer after spending 4 weeks writing daily emails.
Don’t believe me?
Here’s what Rebecca said about the workshop:

The bestselling author and Wharton School professor Jonah Berger argues:
“People don’t think in terms of information. They think in terms of narratives. But while people focus on the story itself, information comes along for the ride.”
If you’ve been writing and sharing pure value with your readers, yet still having trouble selling your offers or getting any sort of engagement, then I have a suggestion:
Storyselling.
In short, you use stories from your life that are impossible to replicate by AI (because these stories are uniquely yours), to promote and sell your offers.
And as Mr. Berger says, stories (the right kind) help you get your ideas across far better than raw information.
Because stories alone are not enough to make sales.
If that were the case, then every writer would be rich!
Which is obviously not the case.
Copywriting is what differentiates entrepreneurs who kill it with their emails. It’s a skill, and it takes time and practice to master.
This workshop gives you the space and time to practice copywriting skills.
Every day, I’ll share one specific copywriting technique with you, and your job will be to write an email where you implement that technique.
Trust me, once you actually implement what you’re learning, you’ll understand the concept way better than if you were to just read about it in books.
Write Without AI or WWAI (as we—the cohort members and I—have come to call it) is NOT like another course or workshop.
Here, I do NOT hand you a 10-module course that you have to go at your own pace in your own time.
Nor do I hop on three weekly Zoom calls at the times when you’re busy, and lecture you for 90 minutes until you’re ready to fall asleep.

No.
WWAI is completely different!
Once again, here’s what you can expect inside this LIVE workshop:
The whole workshop takes place inside a private Skool community, where cohort members can chat with one another, and with me! 24/7.
I upload a daily email prompt and lesson inside this group. It’s short; you can go over it in a few minutes.
Then you write an email based on the prompt and submit it to me using a form I set up in the group. It should take you 40-50 minutes, on average.
The next day, I review an email (randomly selected and anonymously reviewed on camera) and publish it inside the group for you to watch and learn from.
The group is available to you 24/7 throughout the duration of the 4-week workshop, so you can ask me anything.
In case you like face-to-face time, I do show up on a weekly Zoom call (Saturdays, noon EST) so we can do Q&As and discuss emails and marketing.
And we do this for 4 weeks!
By the end of the workshop, you should be more confident in your email writing and marketing chops and sell your offers without feeling sleazy or salesy.
The purpose of this workshop is to learn storytelling while also developing your own voice and style, while at the same time, learning to incorporate various copywriting techniques into your writing.
AI just… isn’t smart enough to do that for you.
You have to learn by doing.
Also, when everyone zigs, you must zag.
That’s not a clever saying; it’s just how differentiation works.
Right now, AI is the zig of the creator world.
Everyone seems to be in a race to churn out slop faster than the next person.
That’s why, the smart thing to do right now is to slow down a little and sharpen your voice and your unique style of writing that’s instantly recognizable to your readers.
When everyone zigs, they don’t stand out.
But you’re not here to blend in.
You’re here to be remembered.
That’s why this workshop is called Write Without AI, where we’ll be writing without AI.
When you write your own stories, in your own words, something important happens: your personality shows up on the page.
And that personality of yours is the real differentiator.
People don’t buy value or education, per se, and definitely not at first.
They buy people.
When your writing sounds like you, it builds familiarity and trust. Readers feel like they know you. And when they feel that connection, choosing to buy from you becomes the natural next step.
See if any of these sound like you…
You hate selling.
The thing about storyselling is that you have fun writing stories (because it doesn’t feel like you’re selling), your readers enjoy reading them because stories are fun, and while at it, you also end up convincing your readers of your offer’s utility and transformative power.
The result?
More sales!
You want to tell stories, but hesitate to share them.
Storytelling doesn’t mean exposing your deepest secrets or serving up your life for public scrutiny.
The stories you’ll write here are designed to entertain, teach, and persuade… without unnecessarily oversharing.
You’ll learn how to draw from your life selectively and intentionally, which helps you build connections and make sales.
You know you should write more, but the process feels slow and uncomfortable.
Writing gets easier with repetition. Over four weeks, you’ll write 20 short stories. That volume alone will make you faster, more confident, and less precious about every sentence.
You’re writing consistently, but it’s not landing.
Scarce replies, little to no engagement, few sales… if that’s you, then this workshop will help.
You’ll learn how to shape your stories so people actually want to read them, trust you, and engage with you, and then buy from you.
You write emails, but you can’t sell.
Congrats, you’ve got the writing part down. Yet still, nobody is buying from you.
That’s where the copywriting aspect of this workshop comes into play.
You’ll not only write stories, but you’ll learn to combine storytelling with copywriting so you can sell more of your offers.
As I’ve said, Write Without AI is NOT a self-paced course.
It is a live workshop, meaning you’re expected to put in daily effort and write daily emails based on specific lessons and prompts, for 4 weeks (starting on Monday, July 6).
Basically, set aside 50 minutes to an hour daily (weekdays) to write the stories, based on the prompts I give you.
NO, I will NOT give you all the prompts in advance. One of the goals of WWAI is to get you to write daily.
NO, I will NOT consider your email for review if you miss your daily submission window.
And NO, it is NOT for you if you’re not willing to put in the daily effort.
Now, of course, you’re adults. If you miss a day or two, I won’t be cracking any canes or calling your parents to punish you.
You’re responsible for doing the work as you see fit.
However, it behooves me to let you know what the expectation is.
I don’t like to brag, but I’ll happily let others do it for me 😉
Here’s what some of my subscribers (most of whom are also buyers) have to say about my emails:
Yours is one of the few emails I read consistently. Might actually be just you, Throssell, and Bejakovic right now.
— GC Tsalamagkakis
Yeah… he really did just invoke my name with those two other giants in the email marketing space.
Also this…
I open every email from you!
— Rachael McLain
And…
I’ve been following you for a few years now and love seeing how you’ve built your business; it’s inspiring.
— Peta Hansen
Also…
I always open every single one of your emails because I know you’re going to provide something valuable. You’re my “Ann Handley!”
— Erika Cancel
About my teaching…
When taking action, I always refer back to your courses over other ones I’ve purchased because I feel like I’m listening to someone who’s genuinely trying to help and teach.
— Margi Womack
And this…
I’ve made more progress in the few short months of following & working with Maliha than I have in the almost 3 years of blogging.
— Claire Smiley
Last but not least…
Your newsletters are dope as fuck btw
— Rasmus Gullaksen
Out of the 7 testimonials I shared above, 6 are from buyers.
(Rasmus isn’t a buyer, but I loved his comment a little too much! I just had to add it to this list 😉)
I share this to demonstrate the power of good storytelling that results in sales.
Still here?
I’ve given you the whole picture. If you think Write Without AI is for you, now’s the time to sign up.
